World Economic Forum: Osinbajo Departs Nigeria for Davos

Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo, will be attending this year’s World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland to represent Nigeria at the annual global event.

According to a statement issued by his senior special Assistant on Media, Laolu Akande, the Vice President will be participating in a number of panels highlighting the prospects of the Nigerian economy under President Muhammadu Buhari and will also be meeting other leaders.

This is the first participation of the administration in the Davos forum.

Prof. Osinbajo left Abuja on Thursday and will be returning on Saturday.
