Atiku ‘Set’ for Tonight’s Presidential Debate, Departs US for Nigeria

Atiku Abubakar, presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), is set for tonight’s presidential debate in Abuja.

He departed from the US moments ago after a two-day visit and is expected to land in Abuja, the nation’s capital, in time for the debate scheduled for 7pm Nigerian time.

Campaign sources had told SIGNAL Atiku would not attend the debate if President Buhari was going to be absent.
