COVID-19: NCDC Confirms One New Case in Abuja

The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), has confirmed a new case of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the Abuja, the Federal Capital Territory. This brings the total numbers of confirmed cases in the FCT to four, while the total cases in the country now stands at 27.

The NCDC made this known today via its Twitter handle. It said: “One new case of COVID-19 has been confirmed in FCT, Abuja,  Nigeria.

“As at 11:00 am on the 22nd of March, there are 27 confirmed cases of COVID19 in Nigeria.

“Of the 27 confirmed cases, 2 have been discharged with no death”.
