Delta State Tribunal Upholds Okowa’s Election

The Delta State Governorship Election petition filed by the Labour Party and its governorship candidate, Chief Great Ogboru has been dismissed by the tribunal.

It therefore upheld the election of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Governor Ifeanyi Okowa.

The three-man tribunal chairman said the petition lacked merit and awarded cost to the respondents.
