Emir Sanusi, Ooni of Ife, Mo Abudu, Ohimai Amaize, Biodun Fatoyinbo, Tambuwal, Others Top 2017 PILAS Awards

The Scrutiny Board of the Patriots In Leadership And Service (PILAS) Awards has released its full list of nominees for the 2017 edition scheduled to hold in Abuja on the 2nd of December, 2017.

Speaking at a press conference in Abuja where the nominees were unveiled, the president of the PILAS Awards, Mr Paul Utho, said this year’s event will be a two-day event and it’s designed to be an impact driven one that will set a narrative in the democratic sojourn as a nation.

According to him, DAY 1, which is December 1, will feature a Leadership/Mentorship workshop (Leadership Academy Series) where about 400 youths will be brought together through a pre-registration process. The organisers will provide accommodation; feeding and certificate to participation will be given to all attendees.

He said the event would afford attendees a one-time opportunity to meet and interact with key players in the public and private sectors of the economy.
