#Gbatueyo | Fashola Told to Resign After Confessing APC Hurriedly Promised to Fix Power [TWEETS]

Nigerians on social media are calling on the Minister of Works, Power and Housing, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, SAN to resign after a comment ascribed to him saying his party, the All Progressives Congress (APC) hurriedly promised to address the issues of the power sector in the heat of campaign, but little did he know he would be the one to inherit the problems.

Fashola, stated this at the distinguished public lecture organised by the Department of Economics, University of Lagos (UNILAG).

In a flurry of reactions, Nigerians on Twitter berated the Minister for failing to take responsibility especially after he said during the campaigns that any serious government should fix the power crisis in six months.
