Senator Dino Melaye has vowed to challenge the victory of senator Smart Adeyemi in the just concluded kogi west senatorial election.
The reaction came immediately INEC announced the conclusion of the election and returned Smart Adeyemi as the winner.
Melaye who reacted to the election result via his official facebook handle thanked nigerians as he said the election wasn’t about Dino Melaye but about nigeria and its electoral system in his words ” I will challenge the temporal and evaporative victory of Adeyemi at the Tribunal. Victory attain by violence and fraud is tantamount to defeat..for it is momentary. It is not about Dino MELAYE, it is about Nigeria and our electoral system. I stay the course..not over yet. -SDM”
