Fortuna Sittard’s Nigerian head coach Sunday Oliseh has expressed his delight following his club’s 4-2 away win against Den Bosch in the Dutch second division on Friday.
Fortuna went to the top in the league table after securing their third straight away win in the league.
Dries Saddiki gave Fortuna the perfect start when he opened scoring in the fifth minute.
Djibril Dianessy doubled their lead four minutes later before Niek Vossebelt pulled a goal back for Den Bosch on 53 minutes.
In the 66th minute, Lisandro Semedo restored Fortuna’s two-goal advantage.
With five minutes remaining Dennis Kaars scored to bring score to 3-2 but Dianessy scored his second goal to ensure Fortuna win 4-2 and claim the three points.
“Extremely delighted at our 2-4 victory vs Den Bosch, fifth victory in a row and sends us top of the league. God does really work in his own way,” Oliseh wrote on Twitter.
Fortuna lead the league standings on 38 points, one point ahead of second-placed NEC Nijmegen who have a game in hand.
