OP-UNEDITED | Re: Olisa Metuh and the $2 Million – By @FavourAfolabi

APC’s script might just be working on some of our PDP supporters – when they tell you how much Dasuki, Metuh, etc chopped, you will even become more bitter about your own PDP people because they didn’t share you in it rather than against APC?

It is an age-long divisive tactics used from time immemorial in war and propaganda politics – BUT IT CAN NEVER work on me as a person; Campaign Financing has no rules in Nigeria – not yet – so you cannot apply any logic to it yet!

If Buhari cannot have Lai Mohammed open up his books about how much his office used; chopped; moved to private accounts during the 2015 elections, then I am indifferent as to whether Metuh moved $100m to ARM or Goldman Sachs or China Investment Bank!

If I got $100m from the PDP Campaign, there is no rule that states How I must dispense it – this has been the 4th electoral cycle in 16 years in Nigeria – election season is MONEY SHARING for Nigerians – Politicians and non-Politicians – if we want to OUTLAW that Behaviour, then Buhari should sponsor a Bill to NASS for “Zero Campaign Funding!”

I sell properties – in every election cycle, there is a boom in the sector – that has always been the case – and it won’t change overnight – PDP and APC Supporters got monies during the 2015 electoral cycle – and they moved It where they chose to – home and abroad – some of the Disasporans got Dollars wired to them by both parties to woo their fellow diasporans to reach out to their family members at home to push certain candidates – and to also launder the image of the candidate in the global community!

Today, some of those people are equally pointing fingers at Metuh, and Dasuki; if you’re a musician or comedian or event planner or photographer or Printer or blogger or journalist or etc that also got payments for rendering some services during the electoral cycle, you should be in handcuffs too!
