As ASUU Strike Continues, NANS Visits Buhari, Presents Him a Gigantic Birthday Card

President Muhammadu Buhari on Thursday met with the members of the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS).

The president met with the national and zonal leadership of the students’ organisation.

The meeting which was scheduled for 11:30am had the delegation of the students’ body seated at the Council Chamber in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

Photos from the meeting show NANS executives presenting a gigantic birthday card to President Buhari. This is happening in the wake of a protracted strike action by the Academic Staff Union of Nigerian Universities (ASUU) and the Academic Staff Union of Polytechnics (ASUP).
