Former Delta State Chief Judge Justice Omo-Agege Dies at 83

A former Delta State Chief Judge and father to Senator Ovie Omo-Agege, representing Delta Central at the National Assembly, Hon. Justice James Omo-Agege, is dead.

James Omo-Agege, who was the state Chief Judge between 3rd October 1993 and 4th November 1998 died Thursday evening after a brief illness.

He was 83 years.
