Accreditation of delegates is yet to commence at the PDP National Convention scheduled to hold on Saturday in Port Harcourt, Rivers State.

Reports available to SIGNAL indicate that PDP governors and party leaders are locked in a closed door meeting as consultations continue over decisions to proceed with the convention or cancel it, paving way for a Caretaker Committee that will unite the party.

PDP delegates and party members are reportedly still in their hotel rooms and hotel lobbies awaiting news on the direction of events.
