Nigeria’s former President Goodluck Jonathan has urged Tanzanian politicians to concede defeat when they lose elections.

The advice is coming from the former president of Nigeria who did the same earlier this year, rejecting appeals from some of his allies to challenge opposition leader Muhammadu Buhari’s victory.

Jonathan is the head of the Commonwealth election observer mission in Tanzania.

The story of Jonathan’s advise to Tanzanian politicians could be seen on front pages of Tanzanian national news dailies on Wednesday.
