The poll, which was conducted by Kafui Dey, Ghana’s most celebrated TV game show host and corporate MC via his Twitter account @KafuiDey on Friday saw President Mahama winning by 54%, while his counterpart in the National Patriotic Party (NPP), Nana Akufo-Addo trailed behind at 43%.

The independent nature of the poll and the credibility of the media personality behind it suggest that the poll reflects an accurate projection of the candidates’ popularity amongst the electorates as Ghanaians gear up towards the December 7, 2016 presidential elections.
