Onnoghen Shows Up at CCT After Order to Arrest Him
Walter Onnoghen, suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), has shown up at the Code of Conduct Tribunal sitting in Abuja.
Onnoghen, who has been absent from trial for at least five consecutive times since the trial started, showed up after the CCT issued an order for his arrest on Wednesday, February 13, 2019.
The embattled chief justice, who arrived in a black SUV, was shielded from the face of cameras by a company of lawyers, dressed in black suits — as the profession requires.
