I usually hear a lot of Nigerian students complain and rant about how inadequate the Nigerian education system is, citing the claim that students are taught to pass and fail in Nigerian institutions of learning.
However, when you talk to my some Nigerian graduates, you’d be underwhelmed. Even renowned academicians have stated that Nigeria produces unemployable graduates.
Some people even go as far as describing the Nigerian education system, as one of the worst in the world. Even many successful products of Nigerian institutions of learning have stated that they had to go out to obtain the sufficient knowledge which made them stand out.
And this once again begs the question, is Nigeria’s education system sufficient? What do you think? Drop your comments.
