Former Minister of Aviation, Chief Femi Fani-Kayode has lambasted the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) describing the party as an imploding vessel that was created simply to take power.
Fani-Kayode also berated the National Chairman of the APC, Comrade Adams Oshiomole, describing him as wholly unfit to lead a political party.
The former spokesperson of the Goodluck Jonathan/Namadi Sambo 2015 Presidential Campaign was speaking on The Weekend Show – a breakfast television show hosted by Osasu Igbinedion and Ohimai Godwin Amaize and focusing on politics, lifestyle, sports and entertainment.
Speaking of the APC, Fani-Kayode said; “An imploding vessel that was created simply to come and take power – led by a man who is wholly unfit, that is, Oshiomole, because he cannot make a distinction between a trade union and a political party. If you want to know the meaning of implosion, just wait for the next few months and see what is going to happen to the APC.”

Fani-Kayode also decried what he described as the “totalitarian” rule of the Muhammadu Buhari administration.
“What we are facing here today is a totalitarian state. I had four columns in the newspapers, all of them shut down… NBC will monitor this programme and ask you when we finish: why did you have Fani-Kayode on?”, he said.
