A Twitter row has broken out between former Nigeria coach Sunday Oliseh and the Nigeria Football Federation over the former’s unpaid wages.
On Friday morning, the former national team captain and coach – who resigned over a lack of wages – tweeted that the federation should pay the “huge amount” they still owe him and his former assistant Jean Francois Losciuto while they are “still alive.”
Oliseh revealed on Twitter that the Amaju Pinnick led board has disregarded letters from his assistant’s [Loscuito] lawyer and fears the Court of Arbitration for Sports could clamp down heavily on the country.
Hope the NFF will pay coach Losciuto & myself the huge amounts they still owe us without litigation whilst we are alive! Pray they listen!

The allusion was in reference to former coaches Shuaibu Amodu and Stephen Keshi who died recently.
Amodu, the NFF’s Technical Director, was reportedly still being owed wages before his death.
The NFF who had earlier claimed that they had paid him off are expected to announce the shortlists of coaches expected to succeed Oliseh on Friday afternoon.
