Ayo Atitebi also known as Mr Save Earth, has been appointed Country Director (Nigeria) for IDEAS – a United Nations accredited A-list international environmental and public charity organisation incorporated in Florida, USA, with 100+ chapters all over the world.

Ayomide Atitebi – popularly known as “Mr. Save Earth” is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Widely acclaimed as one of Africa’s emerging environmental leadership enthusiasts, Ayomide is a United Nations Sustainable Development Goals Advocate with significant contributions to global campaigns for environmental responsibility and protection having served and certified twice as Regional Ambassador to Nigeria for the United Nations Environment Programme – Tunza Eco-Generation.
Remarkably passionate about the environment, Ayomide received the 2014 Green States Youth Alliance Award as the MOST INFLUENTIAL UNDER-25 ENVIRONMENTALIST IN SOUTHWEST NIGERIA in recognition of his outstanding leadership initiatives some of which are now regarded as the first of their kind in Nigeria, and remarkable among them being organizing the FIRST National Eco-Photo Contest in Nigeria to mark the 2014 World Environment Day.
In a very amazing and inspiring manner, Ayomide Atitebi recently led a team of young Nigerians to evacuate a devastating refuse site obstructing water passage in Oba-Ile – a local community in Nigeria.
He is a regular speaker at Climate Change and other environment-related Conferences including being a recognized voice for young people having spoken as an International Guest Speaker on “Upfront Africa” on the Voice of America, Washington DC in the wake of the 2013 International Youth Day celebration.
