Army Working to Sustain Nigeria’s Unity – Buratai

The Chief of Army Staff, Lieutenant General Yusuf Buratai, weekend said the Nigerian Army was working to sustain the unity of Nigeria.

Buratai spoke at the Nigeria Military School as Reviewing Officer of the 60th Passing Out Parade (POP) of the school.

Represented by the Commandant, Depot, Nigerian Army, Major-General Victor Okwudili Ezugwu, Buratai said: “We will also continue to support the civil authorities in ensuring that citizens of the country are safe and protected in the course of pursuing their legitimate activities.

“The security of the country is of great concern to the Federal Government and indeed all Nigerians.”
