Students and staff of Mellanby Hall, University of Ibadan on Wednesday paid a condolence visit to family of the late Mr. Gamaliel Onosode, OFR in Lagos.
The delegation caught up with the Onosodes at the airport before the family embarked on a journey to Delta State where ‘Mr Integrity’ as Onosode is fondly called begins his final journey home.
The condolence register and Mellaby Hall insignia were presented to the first son, Mr. Ese Onosode. He thanked the team and all Mellanbites past and present for the honour. Onosode was a resident of Mellanby Hall while an undergraduate at the Department of Classics at Nigeria’s oldest university. He was also a one-time Pro-Chancellor of the University of Ibadan.
