This Saturday November 14th 2015, the city of Lagos will be brought to a standstill as one of Nigeria’s most celebrated Disc Jockeys, DJ Spinall aka The Cap hosts a star-studded album launch party for “The Story”, sponsored by Smirnoff.
The official DJ for Industry Nite has been giving away valuable tickets to his yet undisclosed venue for the his ultra cool album launch party via popular radio stations and his Twitter profile.

Sodamola Oluseye Desmond popularly known as DJ Spinall aka The Cap is the first Nigerian DJ to be endorsed by any brand in Africa and the first African DJ to tour in the United States. DJ Spinall started calling himself Spinall in 2003 before he was signed to Mavin Records in 2013 and later took his exit from the label. In January 2014, he was signed by State of Mind Entertainment, owned by the entertainment savvy ex-banker, Tobi Sanni Daniel.
Davido, PSquare, Lil Kesh, DJ Sose, Jaywon, Olu Maintain, Wande Coal, Sound Sultan among other industry greats are expected to storm the album party tagged, ‘TheCrazyAzzParty’.
In an exclusive chat with Entertainment SIGNAL on Friday, State of Mind Entertainment Boss, Tobi Sanni Daniel disclosed how excited he was to see this launch become a reality. “I’m pretty much excited that this is happening. As I am talking to you right now, I am at the venue putting final touches to arrangements. It is going to be massive. We are receiving calls from the who is who in the industry. Everyone wants to attend,” he said.
Speaking further, he hinted that his expectation is for the launch to take his work in the entertainment industry to the next level. “It will take our work to a whole new height. This will help consolidate what we have been doing. With the success of tomorrow’s launch, I believe that in the next two years, State of Mind Entertainment would have become that brand that corporate organisations who want to do business with the entertainment industry would proudly associate with,” he said.
