Guardians of the Nation International (GOTNI), Nigeria’s premier Leadership and Capital development organization with over twenty years of commitment to building young Nigerians under the age of forty to become transformational and impactful leaders, is hosting an Emerging Leaders Conference (ELC) 2017 in Abuja.
The Conference, scheduled to hold between Friday 10th November 2017 and Saturday 11th November 2017 at the International Conference Center (ICC), Abuja, will be a gathering of 1000 Nigerian youths leading for change in their fields of endeavour.
The theme of ELC 2017 is “Enterprise Beyond Boundaries: Awakening the Culture of Innovation for National Prosperity.”
Among speakers highlighted to speak at the conference include, Honourable Minister, Federal Capital Territory, Mohammed Bello; Honourable Minister of State, for Budget and National Planning, Zainab Ahmed; GOTNI President, Linus Okorie; Channels TV Boss, John Momoh; MD Heritage Bank, Ifie Sekibo; Senior Special Assistant to the President on Diaspora Affairs, Abike Dabiri-Erewa; Hon. Tony Nwulu; Publisher of SIGNAL, Ohimai Godwin Amaize; popular TV talk show host, Osasu Igbinedion; Publisher of Sardauna Magazine, Hassan Rilwan; Pastor Jerry Eze amongst others.
Thus, the aim of the conference is to provide adequate information, practicable and applicable strategies, networking opportunities as well as inspiration for all the young emerging leaders at the summit to take the challenge of leading for change back to their various endeavours and birth visible and tangible change within their spheres of influence.
GOTNI as an organisation has over the years developed the capacity of young people through trainings, mentorship sessions, conferences, internship programmes who have become advocates for causes, become leaders in the socio economic and political spaces as well as social entrepreneurs.
