Aluu 4: 3 Sentenced to Death, 4 Discharged

A Rivers State High Court sitting in Port Harcourt,  on Monday, condemned three persons to death for their involvement in the gruesome murder of four undergraduates of the University of Port Harcourt, The Sun reports.

The trial Judge,  Justice Letam Nyordee, convicted a police ex-sergeant,  Lucky Orji,  Ikechukwu Louis Amadi (aka Kapoon) and Chinasa David Ogbada.

Justice Nyordee also discharged and acquitted four accused persons; Abiodun Yusuf,  Joshua Ekpe, Abang Cyril  and John Awuru, whose cases were not proved by the Prosecution.
