Police Shoot Dead Pro-Biafra Female Protester in Onitsha

An unarmed pro-Biafran protester has been shot dead in Onitsha, the commercial city of Anambra State, The Trent is reporting.

According to reports, the female protester, who was unarmed, was shot dead on Wednesday, December 2, 2015 by a combined security team of the Nigerian Police, Army and Navy.

Twitter user @EmekaGift, tweeted a photo of the victim with the caption: “unarmed peaceful protester,shot at by Nigerian combined police, Army, &Navy

The source said that the security officials took off their identity badges after opening fire on the protesters.
